Mr. Juan Rovira is Chairman and Senior Fellow of the Oxford Leadership Academy Spain, Lecturer at ESADE Business School and member of the International Advisory Board for the Oxford Said Business School. He serves as Senior Consultant and Executive Coach.
Juan has been the founder and director of Telefonica’s corporate university from August 2006 until September 2010. As head of the corporate university Juan has led the team that defined the strategic model for the formation of the Telefónica Group’s management team and the implementation of the Campus “Universitas Telefónica” in Barcelona.
Mr. David Parcerisas is President of the Board of EADA, after serving as Director General. He has lectured in EADA’s Department of Corporate Policy and Strategy and served as a visiting professor at institutions in different countries.
Graduate as an Industrial Engineer (UPC Barcelona), also holds a Degree in Economics from the University of Barcelona.
Mr. Parcerisas was one of the founders of AEEDE, the Spanish Association of Business Management Schools. He was also founder of the Association ForQ, representing all the Business Schools and executive education centres of Barcelona Universities.
Ms. Ana Valenzuela is an Associate Professor at Pompeu Fabra University and the Barcelona School of Management (BSM) a brand new school from Universitat Pompeu Fabra (UPF) to span the range of disciplines across management and business education.
Prof. Valenzuela holds a Ph.D. from University of Madrid, Autonoma and an MBA from Georgetown University. She was a Research Fellow at the Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley for two years.
Before joining BSM-UPF, she taught at the Zicklin School of Business, Baruch College (CUNY), Haas School of Business (UC Berkeley), Santa Clara University and San Francisco State University for several years. She has also served as a faculty member at the China-Europe International Business School, Hong Kong Science and Technology University and INSEAD.
Ms. Sophie de Branche, French citizen, holds three Master degrees in Political sciences from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques, Spanish Language, Literature and Civilization from La Sorbonne Paris IV University and Intercultural Management from ISIT, Paris Catholic University.
After 9 years holding various Marketing positions in NESTLE Group (from media planner to Marketing Group Manager), she chose the business school sector and was successively Academic Director in ESCG business school in Paris, Director of Corporate relations in ISIT (Paris Catholic University) and then in IESEG School of management (Lille Catholic University).
She is now consultant in marketing and communication and marketing lecturer in various management schools among which EAE.
Mr. Ramon Noguera is the Academic Director of EADA Business School. He is in charge of the management of all the academic department of the school. Ramon holds a PhD Degree in Systems thinking in International Relations from the University of Wales, an MA in International Politics and Law from the University of Hull and Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the Lancaster University (United Kingdom).
Ramon joined EADA coming from the Research Centre of Catalonia (CERCA) where he worked as Project Director, in charge of the management of the program of research centers of the Generalitat de Catalunya, consisting at the time of 39 research institutes in several areas.
Mr. Jan Ginnberge holds a Masters Degree in Educational Sciences (University of Leuven). Since 2008 he has worked as a self-employed executive advisor in strategic impact analysis, design and deployment of Learning & Development Interventions and Corporate Learning & Development Organisations. In this capacity, he also delivers substantial contributions to EFMD’s Corporate L&D communities and services.
Previously he integrated all the learning activities of Alcatel and Lucent into one Alcatel-Lucent University. This shared service for both employees and customers included global learning self-service and 21 accredited Alcatel-Lucent learning centres across the globe. Jan turned Alcatel University into one of the first accredited Corporate Learning Improvement Programme (CLIP) L&D organizations.
Mr. Lasse Wrennmark is Managing Director of the Oxford Leadership Academy, Sweden. He is a Senior Fellow and member of the Academy’s international Supervisory Board, and principal Accredited Trainer in the flagship Self-Managing Leadership™ and the Oxford Leadership Development Programs.
Lasse is a specialized consultant in culture change, leadership development, teambuilding and executive coaching. In his consulting work, Lasse draws on his personal and practical experience of leading his own companies through upturns and downturns over two decades. He relates effectively to leadership styles and needs in turbulent times.
Ms. Sandra Sieber is currently associate professor and head of the Department of Information Systems. She joined IESE Business School in 2000. She was previously Associate Professor at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra. From 2001 to 2004 she served as academic director for the PwC-IESE ebCenter. In 2003, she was a visiting scholar at the Sloan School of Management, MIT.
Prof. Sieber’s areas of interest focus on the interplay of strategic management and information systems, as well as the role of new information and communication technologies (ICTs) in organizational learning and innovation.
